Our fees are tailored to specific properties and the extent of professional services required.

Typical residential survey fees range from £975 (inc VAT) to proportionally less than 1/1000 th of the purchase price for multi million pound purchases.

Our photographically illustrated, easy to read, reports are issued by e mail and we are happy to update them as more information becomes available.

​

Where appropriate, our fee rate is £200 per hour plus vat (£225 + VAT from 2024) for general building surveying advice, £250 per hour plus vat (£275 + VAT from 2024) for party wall matters, and £275 per hour plus vat (£300 + VAT from 2024) for disputes and complex projects.
